Brief project description:

This complete refurbishment and modernisation of a Grade II Listed shop in the centre of Lincoln's main shopping street proved a worth while challenge. The rear extension over the yard was designed to compliment the surrounding vernacular. old roman walls discovered during the redevelopment of this site were recorded and preserved in the old basement.
