Brief project description:

Phase 1 to carry out a fast track comprehensive refurbishment of the original cold storage warehouse and Distribution offices at Rubastic Rd. Southall, and to remodel and refurbish the service yard.

Phase 2 to construct a new 20,000 sqft HQ office building within the confines of the original warehouse, including showrooms, auditorium board room and Executive Directors Suite.
